About Me

I have been practicing yoga really my whole life, officially knowing what it was when I was about 15. I became a yoga instructor in 2010 after teaching my first sessions with Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). Predominantly my focus has been working with fallen military survivors as well as the military community. Specializing in yoga & mindbody practices for trauma, PTS, anxiety, & grief. Facilitating classes, workshops, developing programs, & bringing awareness to the benefits these practices can have. I am a lifelong learner & enjoy staying up to date on the latest research as well as learning new techniques to help all who I’m lucky enough to cross paths with.

The Ranch

I have been ever so blessed to now live on part of my grandparent’s land. My first home & a place I grew up running wild on, is now something my children can connect to. To be able to bring my work to a place full of such history, in an area with deep family roots gives a whole other level of energy & grounding connection. Good for my Littles & good for anyone I work with! All of the potential in this space. Such a peaceful quiet, with varied beauty to heal & grow.

Warrior Built

Yoga classes are held at the Warrior Built MMA Gym. The energy at this facility is one of comradery and family. I am grateful to have my family part of it. We have a large space with a mat for extra cushion on those chance falls when playing. It also means you have a good clean sticky mat in case you don’t have your own or you forget it. Mats along the wall mean we have plenty of space to practice inversions and wall supported asanas. I am excited for all the potential this space offers. Bringing a little yoga balance to the fighting experience.
